Sharon B. Nina
President
Sharon Nina has been the sole owner and proprietor of Edibles Etc. for
over twenty five years.
She received her formal education from the Culinary Institute of America
and from Florida International University. She is one of the few women
Certified Executive Chefs recognized by the American Culinary Federation
and is also a Certified Professional Catering Executive. Over the years
she has been recognized by numerous organizations for her outstanding
catered events and charitable contributions.
David S. Nina
Executive Vice President
David received his formal education at the Culinary Institute of America
and the University of Delaware. He is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified
Culinary Educator and a member of the American Academy of Chefs. Over
the years he has earned a number of awards including Gold medals in
culinary competitions and the title of Florida’s Seafood Chef
of the Year. He serves as a member of the corporation on the Alumni
Committee for the Culinary Institute of America and is on the Advisory
Committee for Valencia’s Culinary Arts Program. After ten years
as the Executive Chef for Sea World of Florida, he was the Director
of Southeastern Academy’s Culinary Training Center before joining
Edibles Etc. early in 2000.
